Counselling for Individuals & Couples.
A Better Way to a Better Life.

Do you want to enhance personal and spiritual growth, increase personal effectiveness, improve interpersonal relations, strengthen coping styles and adjust to life transitions? The change begins here.

I offer a unique, yet classic therapeutic approach to enhancing personality and relationships. My methods are empirically proven; that a safe accepting relationship between Client and Therapist is the key to Client self-discovery and self-actualization. My Humanistic methods will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or challenge those negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life..

If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you’re just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

Keith earned the Transport Canada designation of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in 1998 and has worked worldwide maintaining helicopters to airworthy standards ensuring public safety. Keith always had a deep interest in psychology and trained as a Professional Counsellor at Vancouver Collage of Counsellor Training receiving top marks in his studies.

With his training as a Counsellor, life experience and sensitivity to diversity, Keith felt that he could best serve the private sector by starting his own Therapy Practice. One of Keith’s specialties is Crisis Intervention where he has contributed hundreds of hours supporting the community as a crisis/suicide hotline worker and providing Seniors outreach services.

My Therapeutic Method

I practice what is called Person Centered Therapy; a classic and effective style of therapy suited for everyone. Generally the goal is simple, to help my client toward a new and desired self-concept. I support this non-directive approach as every person is inherently the best expert about his or her self; internally they know the answers to their own questions. Client Centered Therapy promotes self-actualization which is the result of identifying my Client’s beliefs and values, determining their validity and how to apply them in the real world.

Keith adheres to his Humanistic approach to therapy as it holds a consistent, fundamental framework shared by all other methods. Keith also integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
